Mixer Love

As a little girl, my lovey was a special blanket.  Other children use stuffed animals – a teddy bear or favorite doll perhaps.  A friend’s child uses his mom’s hair (a little weird, but still understandable – mom’s smell is comforting).

Bunder’s lovey has given us cause for concern – the KitchenAid Stand Mixer.  It makes no sense!  How can a child form an attachment to a kitchen appliance?  He talks to it, kisses it, hugs it.  It’s the first thing he wants to see when he wakes up in the morning and the last thing he wants to kiss good night.

See for yourself.
